VISA APPLICATION
Entry visa to Guangzhou is granted against the INVITATION
EXTENDED by the Trade Fair. For the entry visa, kindly approach the
Chinese Embassy with the INVITATION. The three points that follow
should be noted:
In the absence of a Chinese Embassy in your country, kindly
approach the Chinese Embassy in a neighbouring country;
Approach the Visa office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
the people's Republic of China in Hong Kong, if you travel to
Guangzhou via that city;
Fair invitees can also entrust the visa application to China Trvel
Service Hong Kong Ltd.
Please also note that:
China Travel Service Hong Kong Ltd. and its overseas branches are the
Fair's appointed agents for Fair invitees's traveling
arrangements as well as
accommodation booking.
The Foreign Affairs Office under
the Organizing Committee of the
Trade Fair is responsible for all
foreign affairs. These include fair
invitee's Registration.
accommodation arrangement etc.
It also provides translation or
interprettation service. The Liaison
Offices under the Foreign Affairs
Office maintain the closest
possible conttact with the visiting
businessmen.
