Gong Yuhui

Graduated from Law Department of Yunnan University with the Bachelor Degree of Law in 1989 . Graduated from the postgraduate class of Jurisprudence in Beijing University . Before Admitted to practice in 1991 , he worked in Yunnan Judicial Bureau , did the administration of justice and research work in the science of law for Yunnan Association of the Science of Law .He became one of the founders and partners of Yunnan Law Firm (now Zhenxu Law Firm ) . He practices the civil , criminal and administrative litigation , legal services mainly in the areas of contracts law , enterprises law and investment law , covering banking , real estate , constructing , railway and computers .

Mr. Gong Yuhui is currently the member of All-China Lawyers' Association , Yunnan Lawyers' Association , China Association of the Science of Law and Yunnan Association of the Science of Law . He is qualified to practice in the field of securities .
