Wang Daren

Mr. Wang Daren , a senior lawyer, graduated from the Tibetan Language and Literature Department of the former Central Institute for Nationalities. He began to work as an "advocate" in 1980, and became a part-time lawyer in 1981. In 1984, he became a lecturer on Economic Law in Yunnan Banking School while working as a part-time lawyer. During this period, he solely compiled "An Introduction to Economic Law", which was designated as the teaching material for polytechnic banking schools all over the nation. He became a full-time lawyer of Zhenxu Law Firm in 1992, and published two thesis on property rights transaction in May of 1995, which won the prize for excellent papers honored by Yunnan Provincial Justice Department. He obtained the lawyer's qualification to handle legal affairs concerning securities in 1996.

Mr. Wang Daren is particularly good at Financial Law, the Corporation Law and criminal defense. He has successfully operated the establishment of companies, and the business of merger of enterprises. In addition, he was designated as the defender for the first defendant in the demonstration court of implementing the revised "Criminal Procedure Law" specially appointed by Yunnan Provincial Higher Court.
