Xie Tongchun

Graduated from Southwest China Institute of Political Science and Law with the Bachelor Degree of Law in 1984 . Mr. Xie Tongchun is currently one of the partners and the assistant director of Zhenxu Law Firm , and the arbitrator extraordinary of Kunming Arbitrary Committee .

Xie Tongchun , as a member of the study group of Yunnan Justice , went to The United States of America on a tour of investigation . He took part in legal affairs on making Dali Paper Co., Ltd. Public and issuance of its stock . He attended the Zhonghua National Training Class for economic lawyers , the class for senior lawyers , the securities law class , the jurisprudence class of Beijing University for postgraduates . Mr. Xie Tongchun has rich experiences in practicing law , especially in the fields of banking , investment , securities and legal advising to the companies .
