Yang Xi'an

Mr. Yang Xi'an graduated from the Law Department of Xi'an University in 1982. He became a part-time lawyer while handling credit and international financial business in Construction Bank of China Yunnan Branch in 1984. In 1992, he became a full-time lawyer and a partner of Zhenxu Law Firm. Yang Xi'an has built up himself a solid foundation of knowledge about law. In the past decade, he handled hundreds of law cases and extrajudicial legal affairs, and accumulated a wealth of experience.
