Introduction of the Company
Located at the bank of Beilun Harbour, Ningbo Huafeng Knitting Co., Ltd. is a
Sino-foreign enterprise affiliated to Ningbo Solar Group Corporation
and occupies an area of 15000 square meters. Based on high
starting point,by sticking to the principles of first-class products, first-class management,
first-class equipment, and first-class profit, the Company has ranked amongthe best factories
dealing with fine wool manufacturing. From Italy, Switzerland, West Germany and other countries,
the Company has importedequipment of the international level of the 90s, mainly producing the
Solarhigh-grade, high-count wool yarn for knitting and the Solar anti-shrinkage,washable wool
underclothes series. The Company owns production lines formaking wool strips, wool yarns, and
knitting gray cloth. The products ofthe Company have been sold to Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.
and the Companyhas become the supplying base of best-quality wool yarn for the biggestunderclothes factory,
the "Three Gun" Group. Customers at home and abroadare warmly welcomed.
Introduction of the products
The Solar pure wool knitting yarn is manufactured from high-grade Australianpure new wool
through the world advanced treatment for anti-shrinkage andmercerizing and through the unique
technological process by the advanced equipment of the 90s. For the present there are five
series:
1. The series of pure Australian wool, of medium and high counts, without yarn knots
2. The series of pure Australian wool, anti-shrinkage, of medium and high counts, high-grade, without yarn knots
3. The series of pure Australian wool, anti-shrinkage, mercerizing, supple, medium and high
counts high-grade, without yarn knots All the three series feature eveness of stripes,
suppleness, and high elasticity
4. The series of pure Australian Wool, anti-pilling medium and high counts, high-grade, wool yarns, without yarn knots.
5. The series of wool-acrylic blended wool yarns, medium and high counts. Compositions are 30W/70A and 50W/20A.
The Solar pure-wool, anti-shrinkage, machine-washable underwear is madeof the series of
anti-shrinkage wool yarn produced by the Company.Throughmany years of trial production the wool
knitting gray cloth is made and further through the
complicated technological dyeing and aftertreatmentand processing there are made the knitting
one-side cloth, cotton-woolcloth, jacquard cloth, and cloth for knitting underwear.
Through production and tailoring various patterns of underwear for spring, autumn, and winter
are made.
The woolen underwear are supple, smooth and comfortable to wear, permeableto
air, heat-preserving; moreover, the underwear items possess advantagesof anti-shrinkage and
being washable by machine.
The underwear products fall into two big series and there are
more thanthirty varietes.
1. laces for woman, elastic modern garments series.
2. underwear series for man and woman.
