Ningbo-Shipu Taiwan Trade Processing Industry Zone
The Ningbo-Shipu Taiwan Trade Processing Industry Zone is situated inside
Shipu Township of Ningbo City. It is planned that the Zone will cover an
area of 8.94 square kilometers with a coastline of 6,000 meters. The Zone
will have three functional districts: (1) Xiangtou Financial and Trade
District, which is planned to cover an area of 2.24 square kilometers
and will be specialized in the businesses of commerce, finance, harbour
transportation and entertainment and catering services; (2) Xiangxi
Industrial Investment District, which is planned to cover an area of
5.7 square kilometers, and will be the base for domestic and overseas
business people to invest in the industry or processing industry; (3)
Huangcheng (Royal City) Coast Tourism District, which is planned to
cover an area of 1 square kilometer with a sand beach of 1,800 meters
in length, and will be a resort for holiday-making purpose.
The administrative committee of the Zone warmly welcomes business people
from home and abroad to join in the development of the Zone. The committee
will provide the best service and most preferential treatment policies for
the investors.
*Projects inviting investment and cooperation:
- The refined processing of aquatic products;
- Development and production of new and high-tech products;
- The refined processing of vegetables (dehydrated vegetables, etc.).
