Kangtian Bearing Co.Ltd., and Tengtian Bearing Co.,Ltd. Yuyao City, Zhejiang, P.R.China, is a sino-foreign joint venture which has been producing miniature, small and middle size high-precision bearings of ball bearings for export for some 10 years. The deep grooved ball bearings is produced by chrome steel(GCr15)or other material(if required). Our monthly producing capacity 4.5 Million sets which can meet the needs of prompt large volume and different types of supplement.

Chrome Steel Ball Bearings

Our high precision Chrome steel ball bearing are extensively used in minimotor, telecommunication equipment, instrument for heat engine, medical aparatus and instruments, computer, sport aparatus and office appliance etc. also can be used in medium -low velocity running systems such as hand cart wheels,conveying belts,household equipment,skating shoes and agricultural machinery,etc.

Rings and Balls are made of standard chrome steel GCr15 (AISI 52100) Chemical Composition list as below:

Standard bearing retainer(Cage) are made from cold rolled carbon steel however, in case of corrosive environment, misalignment, or high speed operation, stainless steel, nylons, or phonelic resins will be used upon request.

Seals and Shields also use carbon steel as standard, and the option of SPCC steel is available when needed. We use a variety of seeling materials to meet the requirements of high temperature operation and compatibility with greases. Buna Nitrile is the standard material used, while fluorocarbon, silicone, and tcflon seals are commonly specified for high temperature.

Lubricants: Different types greases are supplied with shielded or sealed bearings as standard. oil lubricants can be supplied upon request and are standard for open bearings.

Tolerance: ABEC1, ABEC3, ABEC5

Radial Internal Clearances: Group C2, Normal(C0), C3, C4, C5

Bearing model: Open, Z, ZZ, RS, 2RS etc.
